Founded by Sahar Akbari-Hudson, P.Eng., SVP Electrical Consulting was built on the belief that clients benefit from direct access to experienced engineering leadership throughout every stage of a project. Sahar Akbari-Hudson, P.Eng., a Professional Engineer with over 15 years of experience in electrical design and project management for building services. Prior to founding SVP, Sahar spent several years as a Partner at a major Toronto-based multidisciplinary consulting engineering firm, where she led the design and delivery of electrical systems for a wide range of building types.
As a focused electrical-only practice, SVP is built to give clients direct, senior-level attention on every project — without the scheduling and staffing competition that can come with being one discipline inside a larger multidisciplinary firm.
